Uncle Roger's Fried Rice

2 C rice, white (day-old, even better if chicken rice)
¼ C oil, vegetable (to coat the wok)
pepper, white to taste
2 peppers, cayenne (minced)
¼ C onion, green (diced)
5 clove garlic (minced)
2 shallot (minced)
1 Tbsp oil, sesame
2 egg
2 Tbsp soy sauce
MSG to taste


Instructions

  1. Get vegetable oil super hot in a wok and fry garlic, shallots, and chilis

  2. Then throw in the eggs and scramble

  3. Then add in the rice

  4. Then soy sauce and sesame oil, while de-clumping the rice

  5. Finally, the MSG and green onions
