Cedar Plank Salmon

1 salmon (one fillet)
4 Tbsp wine, white
2 Tbsp lemon juice ((one lemon))
2 Tbsp sugar, brown


Instructions

  1. Mix wine, lemon, brown sugar, spread over salmon, and refrigerate for an hour

  2. Place on a cedar plank, cook for 20 minutes at 375 (probably longer, until fish flakes)
