Sauteed Red Cabbage
Recipe from Food Network

2 Tbsp oil, olive
1 onion (small)
½ cabbage, red
⅓ C vinegar, apple cider
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp mustard seed
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat skillet, add oil

  2. Add onion, saute 2 minutes

  3. Add cabbage, saute 3-5 minutes

  4. Add vinegar and mix, sugar and mix, mustard seed, salt and pepper

  5. Reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or so, stirring occasionally
