Cedar Plank Salmon
1 salmon (
one fillet
)
4 Tbsp wine, white
2 Tbsp lemon juice (
(one lemon)
)
2 Tbsp sugar, brown
Instructions
Mix wine, lemon, brown sugar, spread over salmon, and refrigerate for an hour
Place on a cedar plank, cook for 20 minutes at 375 (probably longer, until fish flakes)
