Crab Cakes

1 lb. crabmeat
¼ C onion (finely chopped)
¼ C mayonnaise
1 egg
½ C bread crumbs (may need up to 3/4 C)
1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp mustard, dry
1 Tbsp parsley, fresh
¼ tsp worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  1. Mix crabmeat

  2. Pan-fry in butter, oil, or cooking spray
