Fajita steak marinade

2 lb. steak, skirt (cut into strips)
3 clove garlic (minced)
¼ C lime juice
salt to taste
1.5 tsp cumin
black pepper to taste
2 Tbsp oil, olive
3 peppers, sweet (sliced thin)
1 onion, sweet (sliced thin)
¼ C cilantro (chipped)


Instructions

  1. Mix everything in a bag, making sure to coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
