Stir-Fry Chicken with Garlic Sauce

3 clove garlic (minced)
¼ C soy sauce
¼ C water
¼ C honey
2 Tbsp oil, vegetable
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 lb. chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
¼ C onion, green (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Combine everything except 1 Tbsp oil and the green onion in a bag or pan to marinade in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  2. After marinating, get a skillet with remaining 1 Tbsp oil hot

  3. Put chicken on skillet using tongs or slotted spoon. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring as you go.

  4. After those 5 minutes, pour on the remaining marinade.

  5. Cook until thickened and chicken is cooked.

  6. Garnish with green onion.
