Hamburger Dill Pickles I

1 C vinegar, apple cider
1 C sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp mustard seed
¼ tsp celery seed
0 cucumber, pickling
1 clove garlic (per jar)
1 dill weed (per jar)


Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers into jars until almost full (recipe makes 2 pints)

  2. Bring everything else but dill and garlic to a boil

  3. Pour hot syrup over cucumbers

  4. Wipe rims, place lids

  5. Process in boiling water canner - 15 minutes? Recipe did not say.
