Bacon and Kale Quiche

1 pie crust
4 oz cheese, cheddar (grated - other grated cheeses would probably work fine)
1 C kale (cooked)
4 onion, green (chopped)
4 slice bacon (cooked and crumbled)
3 egg
¾ C half and half
½ tsp mustard, dry
¼ tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F

  2. Layer the quiche as follows: Cheese, Kale, Green Onions, Bacon

  3. Whisk together eggs, half-and-half, dry mustard, salt, and pepper, pour into pie crust over top of other ingredients

  4. Bake about 50 minutes - quiche is done when it doesn't jiggle much at all.

  5. Serve at room temperature (yeah right.)
