Spinach Balls
Recipe from Karen Donovan

15 oz spinach, frozen (recipe calls for 10-20 oz)
4 C stuffing mix (seasoned and cubed)
1 onion (large)
1 butter (melted)
½ tsp thyme
½ C cheese, parmesean (grated)
1.5 tsp garlic powder
italian seasoning mix to taste (optional)


Instructions

  1. Combine everything. Shape into small balls (about 1")

  2. Bake 15-20 mins at 325F on a greased cookie sheet
