OMGBQ Dry Rub

4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp sugar, brown
2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp pepper, dried hot (can be chipotle, anaheim, cayenne...)
1 Tbsp onion powder


Instructions

  1. Mix all together

  2. To use: Pat thickly onto meats, allow to sit on the meat for a few minutes before cooking. Also good on nachos when placed atop something wetter (melted cheese, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, etc.
